Muharryam Ibyatov at a press conference in Tatar-inform
Today, at a press conference in Tatar-inform, Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov spoke about the implementation by local governments of the transferred state powers.
The local self-government bodies of the municipal districts of Tatarstan are implementing 20 republican powers transferred to them under the legislation. The Ministry of Justice of the Republic controls the execution of three of them.
For example, the collection by local self-government bodies of 43 municipal districts of information from settlements that are part of these districts, necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
