Meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues
A meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ainur Galimov, at which the following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan were considered and approved:
1) "On State Property of the Republic of Tatarstan";
2) "On the invalidation of certain provisions of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On targeted social support of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the organization in the Republic of Tatarstan of the appointment and implementation of a monthly payment in connection with the birth (adoption) of the first child."
