A video reception of the heads of rural settlements that are part of the Mamadysh municipal district was held
Today, the Ministry held a video reception of the heads of rural settlements of the Mamadysh district of the republic. The event was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov.
The event was attended by Deputy Head of the Mamadysh municipal district Samigullin Rishat, Head of the Legal Work Department of the Executive Committee of the Mamadysh Municipal District
Fatkhullin Ildar, head of the department of organizational work of the Council of the Mamadysh municipal district Yunusov Gulus, heads of rural settlements that are part of the Mamadysh municipal district, as well as employees of the Ministry.
Maya Pashkova, Head of the Department of Legal Advisory and Methodological Support of Local Self-government bodies, informed the participants about the most significant changes in legislation, in particular, concerning property, land, housing issues, social protection of certain categories of citizens and in other areas.
The head of the Department of regulatory legal work in the field of local self-government and maintaining the municipal register, Raliya Garifullina, spoke about the work of local self-government bodies of the Mamadysh district in terms of sending acts to the municipal register and bringing them into compliance with the legislation.
During the reception, issues related to the implementation of the transferred state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility, non-property requirements and the execution of court decisions were also discussed.
