The summary meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held today with the participation of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin.
Before the beginning of the collegium, the participants of the event visited the museum of the Ministry of Justice, which is dedicated to the 100-year history of the Ministry and its leaders.
Speaking with the report, Justice Minister Rustem Zagidullin summed up the results of the activities in the main areas of the Ministry in 2022, which can be found in more detail by clicking on the link.
As part of the Year of Digitalization, the Ministry implemented projects on digital transformation in the field of world justice, rulemaking and free legal aid. The most significant changes in 2022 occurred in the justice of the peace: services for electronic filing of documents to magistrates were introduced, electronic interaction with the bailiff service was established, it became possible to send mail by "hybrid mail" at all judicial stations.
"Since October 1, all judicial precincts have been able to use Hybrid Mail directly from the Magistrates software package. This is convenient for citizens, since the time for receiving mail correspondence is reduced while maintaining the maximum level of confidentiality. Since September 1, 22552 correspondence has been sent by hybrid mail," the minister said.
The First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan thanked the Ministry's staff for their work in solving the tasks set last year and wished good luck and success in fulfilling the tasks set in 2023.
At the end of the board meeting, an award ceremony was held for employees of the department.
