Field event in Tyulyachinsky district
In accordance with the plan of field events for 2023, employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out a field event to provide legal and methodological assistance on the execution by local self-government authorities of the Tyulyachinsky municipal district of the transferred state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to create and organize the activities of administrative commissions, as well as determining the list of officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses.
Within the framework of the field event, the activities of the administrative commission and officials of the Tyulyachinsky municipal district authorized to draw up protocols were studied, advisory and legal assistance was provided.
In particular, legal assistance was provided to employees of the personnel service of the Tyulyachinsky municipal district on the implementation of the activities of the state program "Development of the State civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan".
