Mukharryam Ibyatov addressed the participants of the Dictation of Victory with a welcoming speech

Today, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov visited the Kazan branch of the Russian State University of Justice. There he greeted the participants of the international historical dictation dedicated to the events of the Great Patriotic War – "Dictation of Victory".

Muharryam Mansurovich stressed that this dictation is being written to preserve the memory of the war years, the exploits of front-line soldiers and home front workers. To defend the inviolability of historical truth, to contribute to the formation of solid and deep knowledge about the Great Patriotic War, about the significance of the victory of the Soviet people over Nazi Germany.
