A training seminar on bringing municipal acts into line with the legislation was held in the Tetyushsky district
Ilsia Khisamova, Deputy Head of the Department of Regulatory Legal work in the field of local government and maintaining the municipal register, held a field event in the Tetyushsky district on bringing municipal regulatory legal acts into line with the legislation.
The event was attended by Deputy Head of the Tetyushsky district Evgeny Kurkov, employees of the Council and Executive Committee, as well as heads and secretaries of settlements of the district.
Training on the use of the automated information system «Codex» was conducted for responsible persons of local governments.
Since 2018, the system has been an assistant in the normative work of the public authorities of the republic. Currently, inconsistencies with legislation using the system have been eliminated in more than 36 thousand municipal acts.
Problematic issues were discussed with the responsible persons, recommendations were given in order to improve the efficiency of work to keep the regulatory framework up to date.
