Tatarstan will develop a new municipal program for the development of municipal services
Staffing of local self-government bodies and the high professional level of municipal employees remain priorities in the work of municipalities and are its most important elements
The draft municipal program aimed at the development of the municipal service was discussed at a working meeting at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of representatives of the Department of Public Service and Personnel at the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Association «Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan».
The new municipal program was developed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the state program «Development of the State civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan» to provide legal support to municipalities.
«The program for the development of municipal service: a step towards improving the effectiveness of local government, - said Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov. It will become one of the effective tools in solving personnel issues, improving the professional level of municipal employees and, as a result, improving the quality of work of local governments», - he stressed.
