The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed issues of organizing work on the publication of by-laws
An interdepartmental meeting on the organization of work on the publication of by-laws, the development of which is required in connection with the adoption of laws of the Republic of Tatarstan, was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin.
Particular attention was paid to ensuring the timely development and introduction (publication) of by-laws.
«On this issue, relevant proposals were formulated for representatives of the republican executive bodies and heads of legal services. In particular, these proposals concern the verification of the availability and relevance of orders defining persons responsible for monitoring legislation, as well as the presence of a corresponding duty in the job descriptions of these persons», - summarized Natalya Kazantseva, Head of the Department of Legal Expertise and Rulemaking.
In addition, information was brought to the attention of the republican executive bodies on the need for a monthly submission to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan of data on the progress of the development and submission to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of draft by-laws.
