The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan has studied the implementation of transferred powers in the Bugulma and Yutazinsky districts
Employees of the Ministry of Justice conducted on-site events to study the implementation of state powers by local governments of the Bugulminsky and Yutazinsky districts to collect information from settlements necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The powers have been exercised by municipal districts of the republic since 2016 in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated November 3, 2015 № 92-ZRT.
Thus, for 2023 and for 7 months of the current year, more than 1 thousand regulatory legal acts of the Yutazinsky district and 784 acts of the Bugulminsky district were received by the Ministry for inclusion in the register.
Also, during the event, legal assistance was provided to personnel department employees in the districts on the implementation of activities of the State Program «Development of the State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and Municipal Service in the Republic of Tatarstan».
Problematic issues were discussed with responsible officials of local government bodies, and recommendations were given to improve the efficiency of work in the execution of state powers and activities of the state program.
