Employees of the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan successfully passed the RLD standards
On the Day of the Physical Culture Worker of Russia, Tatarstan hosted the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex «Ready for Labor and Defense» standards among residents and civil servants of the republic.
The sports festival was traditionally held in the first week of August as part of the federal project «Sport is the Norm of Life» of the national project «Demography».
Employees of the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan were also able to test their ability to meet the RLD standards. The tests were held in a friendly and positive atmosphere, colleagues actively supported each other.
Among the exercises that civil servants passed were: pull-ups from a hang on a horizontal bar/push-ups in a support position lying on the floor, forward bend from a standing position on a gymnastic bench, long jump from a place with a push with two legs, lifting the body from a supine position.
«The RLD competitions were just wonderful, despite the rainy weather! We had a great time communicating with our colleagues and were charged with energy for future successes in our work», - our participants shared their impressions.
