The Ministry of Justice held a video reception of heads of rural settlements that are part of the Buinsky and Vysokogorsky municipal districts
In pursuance of the State Program «Development of the State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and Municipal Service in the Republic of Tatarstan», in accordance with the approved schedule, the Ministry holds video receptions of heads of rural settlements.
Under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov, a video reception of heads of rural settlements that are part of the Buinsky and Vysokogorsky municipal districts was held.
The event was attended by Deputy Head of the Buinsky Municipal District Ildar Ermeyev, Head of the Legal Department of the Vysokogorsky Municipal District Council Aigul Sabirova, heads of rural settlements that are part of the municipal districts, as well as employees of the Ministry.
Head of the Department of Legal Advisory and Methodological Support for Local Government Bodies Albert Kamalutdinov informed the participants about the most significant changes in the legislation. In addition, answers were given to questions received from the settlements.
Head of the Department of Regulatory Legal Work in the Sphere of Local Self-Government and Maintenance of the Municipal Register Raliya Garifullina informed about the situation regarding the sending of acts to the municipal register and bringing them into compliance with the legislation, as well as the publication of acts on the official portal of legal information of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the Sphere of Local Self-Government Gulnara Kasymova raised upon the issue of the implementation of transferred state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility, as well as the execution of court decisions on non-property claims.
