Today, a board meeting was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to discuss the results of work on the logistical, informational and organizational support of the activities of justices of the peace. This work is carried out within the framework of the state program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan». The amount of funding for 2024 was approved in the amount of 763,8 million rubles.
Speaking with a report, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Nizamiyev focused on the key aspects of the Ministry's work in this area.
Today, 190 judicial sections of justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan are located in 71 buildings and premises with a total area of about 35 thousand square meters. On average, one judicial section has 182,12 square meters of office space.
In particular, the Ministry continues to carry out work on organizing major and current repairs of buildings of judicial sections of justices of the peace. Since 2013, major repairs have been carried out in 36 buildings (premises) of justices of the peace. According to the Deputy Minister, by the end of the year, it is planned to complete major repairs at the court stations of the Privolzhsky District at the address: Kazan, Gabisheva Street, as well as in the city of Arsk. In addition, it is expected that the court station of the Muslyumovsky judicial district will move to the building after major repairs.
Separately, Marat Faridovich focused on the issue of security and anti-terrorist protection of the court stations of justices of the peace.
«Courts should be safe places for everyone who works in them and visits them. In 2024, joint exercises aimed at increasing the level of interaction between employees of court stations and bailiffs in the event of emergencies and incidents were held in the buildings of the court stations of justices of the peace in the Almetyevsk, Yelabuga districts and the city of Naberezhnye Chelny. By the end of this year, such exercises are planned to be held in the Leninogorsk district of the republic and in the Privolzhsky district of Kazan», - the Deputy Minister said.
Work is also continuing to improve the qualifications of justices of the peace and their staff, as well as retrain newly appointed justices of the peace. This year, 108 employees of the justices of the peace have been trained at the Kazan Cooperative Institute. By the end of the year, it is planned to improve the qualifications of another 17 justices of the peace and organize retraining courses for newly appointed justices of the peace.
The Ministry continues to operate an internship site where new employees of the justices of the peace undergo training. Over the past period of 2024, 105 people have completed the internship.
