Internship of executive secretaries of administrative commissions

Today the training of executive secretaries of administrative commissions of Apastovsky, Kukmorsky, Laishevsky and Cheremshansky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan took place at the site of the Administrative Commission of Kazan.

Vil Latypov, First Deputy Head of the municipal government institution «Department of Administrative and Technical Inspection of the Executive Committee of the Municipal Formation of the City of Kazan», spoke about the specifics of detecting offenses, initiating administrative proceedings, completeness and quality of the materials being compiled, protocols on administrative offenses. Artem Goritsky, Head of the Department for Organizing the work of the general procedure for reviewing administrative materials, together with Kamal Fazullin, Head of the Department for Monitoring the execution of decisions of administrative commissions, spoke about the procedure for reviewing administrative cases, holding a meeting of the administrative commission, the application of article 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, and the further referral of sentencing decisions to the bailiff service.

Yulia Zharkova, a representative of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, introduced the procedure for collecting administrative fines by the bailiff service.

During the event answers were given to the questions of interest to the trainees. «Holding such events allows to develop professional skills of executive secretaries of administrative commissions, which contributes to the effective work of commissions» - said Gulnara Kasymova.
