Almost 200 residents of Bogatye Saby settlement and Sabynsk district received free legal assistance
The branch of the State Legal Bureau of Tatarstan continues its activities in Bogatye Sabakh. Rashid Akhunov, Chief Specialist of the State Legal Bureau, emphasized that in addition to receptions in the settlement itself, visits to rural settlements of the district are regularly organized.
«For four months of the current year 198 people applied for free legal assistance, - Rashid Ilsurovich specified. The majority of appeals come from pensioners and persons of pre-retirement age, who most often need explanations on issues of pension provision and land legal relations», - he added.
Legal assistance is provided in different forms: from oral and written consultations to preparation of necessary legal documents, including applications, complaints and petitions.
Recall that under the law on free legal aid and the program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan» legal support is provided, among others, to veterans of special operations and their families, disabled persons of the first and second groups, orphans, disabled children and others. Since April 1, 2025, the opportunity to use the services of the State Legal Bureau also became available to families with many children.
