The level of elimination of discrepancies with legislation in municipal acts of Tatarstan has reached 93%
At a meeting at the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan, the current indicator of eliminating inconsistencies with legislation in municipal regulations was announced: as of June 1, this indicator reached 93%.
Thanks to the support of the Rais of the Republic Rustam Minnikhanov, the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan, within the framework of the state program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan», has introduced an automated information system «Codex» into the work on monitoring legislation. With the help of this system, inconsistencies with legislation in municipal legal acts are identified.
As noted in the Ministry, monitoring of the dynamics of eliminating identified inconsistencies is carried out on an ongoing basis, and information on the progress of work is sent monthly to all municipalities of the republic. Since April 1, the percentage of eliminating inconsistencies has increased by 3%.
Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Mansurovich emphasized the importance of promptly eliminating violations: «Regulatory legal acts are used by the population on a daily basis, and their inconsistencies with the law can cause difficulties in law enforcement practice, - he explained. Responsible employees need to pay special attention to this work and prevent an increase in the number of inconsistencies in acts», - he urged.
