The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan studied the execution of transferred state powers in the Yutazinsky district
The employees of the Ministry of Justice held an off-site event in the Yutazinsky municipal district of Tatarstan.
During the event, the implementation of state powers by local government bodies of the district to collect information from settlements necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan was studied.
For 2024 and 5 months of the current year, the Ministry received more than 770 regulatory legal acts of the Yutazinsky district, as well as 88 additional information to them, for inclusion in the register.
During the event, employees of the legal service of the district were provided with legal assistance on issues of bringing municipal acts into compliance with the legislation, sending regulatory legal acts and additional information to them to the municipal register.
Problematic issues were discussed with responsible persons of local government bodies, recommendations were given in order to improve the efficiency of work in the execution of state powers.
