The Ministry of Justice has studied the normative activity and development of municipal service in the Baltasinsky district
The employees of the Ministry of Justice held an off-site event in the Baltasinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the event, the implementation of state powers by local government bodies of the district to collect information from settlements necessary for maintaining the municipal register was studied, and advisory support was provided on the use of the automated information system «Codex».
For 2024 and 6 months of the current year, the Ministry received 888 regulatory legal acts of the Baltasinsky district, as well as 238 additional information to them, for inclusion in the register.
The employees of the legal service of the district were provided with legal assistance on the implementation of the activities of the state program «Development of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan».
Problematic issues were discussed with responsible persons of local government bodies, recommendations were given in order to improve the efficiency of work in the execution of state powers.
