Almost 300 military personnel and their relatives received free legal assistance from the State Legal Bureau based on the «Defenders of the Fatherland» foundation
In Tatarstan, free legal assistance is provided to military personnel and their family members on a permanent basis and is part of the comprehensive support for participants in a special military operation, which is being implemented on behalf of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. «Our attention should be [turned] to families - those who have lost loved ones. You can't find words, but we must prove with our actions that we always remember <…> We will never bring it back, but we must live with it», - says Rustam Nurgalievich.
The State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to actively cooperate with the republican branch of the «Defenders of the Fatherland» foundation. Every thursday, Deputy Head of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafael Giniatullov holds a citizen's reception at the foundation's site.
As part of the weekly reception, 13 people contacted Rafael Faritovich. He explained in detail to the military personnel and their relatives the rights they can use, and also helped them understand the legal intricacies. In total, 278 people have already been accepted at the Foundation this year. Most often, they apply for questions related to the registration of benefits and payments due, the procedure for entering into an inheritance, conducting an examination to establish an identity, as well as housing, social, and labor issues.
