The Ministry of Justice held a visiting event to provide legal support in Muslyumovsky District
Employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held an off-site event in the Muslyumovsky municipal district of Tatarstan.
During the event, employees of the legal service of the district were provided with legal assistance on issues of bringing municipal acts into compliance with the legislation, and the use of the automated information system «Codex» in their work.
Local government bodies of the district were provided with support on issues of exercising state powers to collect information from settlements necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
For 2024 and 6 months of the current year, the Ministry received 890 regulatory legal acts of the Muslyumovsky district for inclusion in the register, as well as 149 additional information to them.
Problematic issues were discussed with responsible persons of local government bodies, recommendations were given in order to improve the efficiency of work.
