Meeting on the execution of non-property claims
Under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov, a videoconference meeting was held to monitor non-property claims and enforcement of court decisions, the debtors of which are public authorities, state and municipal institutions.
The meeting was attended by the leading bailiff - executor of the specialized department of bailiffs in the Republic of Tatarstan of the Main Interregional (specialized) Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia Kristina Semenova, responsible persons of the republican executive bodies, municipal districts, urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for maintaining and recording non-property claims and court decisions.
The results of work for the first half of 2025 were reported by Gulnara Kasymova, Head of Department of territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government.
The Deputy Minister heard reports from responsible persons of the Aznakaevsky, Zelenodolsky and Tukaevsky municipal districts. The results of joint work, including in cooperation with the bailiff service, were announced.
Further methods of interaction with local government bodies and executive bodies of state power in this area were outlined.
