Tatarstan residents can now pay for housing and communal services and make an appointment with a doctor via the MAX messenger
MAX is a new Russian messenger developed as an alternative to foreign analogues. It offers a standard set of functions for exchanging messages and media files, and also includes options for group chats and video calls.
A special feature of MAX is its focus on the security and privacy of user data, which is stored on Russian servers in accordance with domestic legislation. The messenger is actively developing and gradually increasing its user base.
