Internship for responsible secretaries of administrative commissions
The Administrative сommission of Kazan hosted an internship for the responsible secretaries of the administrative commissions of the Verkhneuslonsky, Mamadyshsky, Nizhnekamsky, Pestrechinsky and Cheremshansky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
First Deputy Head of the Department of administrative and technical inspection of Kazan Vil Latypov spoke about the specifics of identifying violations and initiating administrative proceedings. Chairman of the Administrative commission of Kazan Artem Goritsky spoke about the procedure for considering administrative cases and further sending decisions on sentencing to the bailiff service. Senior Inspector of the Department of the organization of enforcement proceedings of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan Alfiya Balchugova introduced the procedure for interacting with bailiffs. Employees of the Department for the organization of activities of administrative commissions of Kazan also shared their practical experience in interacting with bailiffs and writing off uncollectible fines.
The interns had the opportunity to get acquainted with the accounting of the work of the administrative commission of the city of Kazan, the design and formation of case materials. The issues of interest to the interns were discussed in the round table mode.
The employees of the ministry explained the procedure for submitting reports on the implementation of the legislation on the transferred state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov, closing the internship, noted the importance of the event for the beginning new responsible secretaries of municipal commissions and the need to comply with administrative legislation when considering cases.
