A round table on the issue of training heads of rural settlements was held at the Higher School of Public and Municipal Administration of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University
A round table was held at the Higher School of Public and Municipal Administration of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University under the chairmanship of the Head of the Department of Civil Service and Personnel under the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexander Belov. The purpose of the round table was to develop effective methods for conducting educational programs on topical issues in the activities of local government bodies for newly elected heads of rural settlements of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov.
As part of the event, a program for advanced training for heads of rural settlements on the topic: «Innovative strategies for the development of effective management of rural areas: an integrated approach» was discussed, the implementation of which is planned for the fourth quarter of 2025.
