The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan invites anti-corruption experts to take part in the annual competition
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan announces the acceptance of applications for participation in the annual republican competition of experts to conduct independent anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts from October 1 to October 30, 2025.
Applications for participation in the competition are accepted according to the form. The following must be attached to the application:
- a copy of the certificate (notification) of accreditation of an individual as an independent expert authorized to conduct anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts;
- copies of conclusions in the form approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation dated October 21, 2011 № 363, indicating the identified corruption factors and ways to eliminate them, for the period from September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2024. If the conclusion does not indicate the corruption factor, as well as the method of its elimination, such a conclusion will not be accepted for consideration;
- copies of reasoned responses of state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, state bodies, local government bodies of municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan and their officials based on the results of consideration of the conclusions (if any);
- a certificate from the tax authority on the fulfillment by the taxpayer (payer of the fee, payer of insurance premiums, tax agent) of the obligation to pay taxes, fees, insurance premiums, penalties, fines, interest in the form approved by the Federal Tax Service.

The winners will be determined by the competition committee from November 1 to November 20, 2024. The results of the competition will be posted on the official website of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the information and telecommunications network «Internet» within three working days from the date of signing the minutes of the meeting of the competition committee.
