Over 134 thousand enforcement documents were sent to bailiffs electronically in the first 8 months of 2025. This was reported by Deputy Minister of Justice Marat Nizamiyev during a meeting of the Council of Judges of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Supreme Court.
By the decision of the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, the state program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan» is being implemented in the republic. The program is aimed at a comprehensive solution of important tasks related to ensuring the activities of justices of the peace and their offices.
According to the Deputy Minister, the main areas also include accelerating the judicial process and significantly simplifying the receipt of legal services for residents of the republic. He noted that the process of electronic interaction between the offices of justices of the peace of the republic and the Federal Bailiff Service continues to actively develop, making the procedure for sending enforcement documents more convenient and safe.
«Enforcement documents can be transferred directly from the judicial districts of justices of the peace directly to the bailiff service. To do this, citizens only need to submit an application along with the relevant petition», - added Marat Faridovich.
