A New Year's eve event was held at the Higher school of state and municipal administration of the KFU, which summed up the results of the implementation of personnel policy in the state bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2025.
At the ceremony, the key role of properly structured personnel work and the importance of continuous professional development of state and municipal employees were emphasized.
For fruitful cooperation in the development of the state civil and municipal service of Tatarstan and high professionalism, 5 employees of the Ministry were awarded letters of thanks from Alexander Belov, head of the Department of civil service and personnel at the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Higher school of public and municipal administration of the KFU: Albert Kamalutdinov, Gulnara Kasymova, Raliya Garifullina, Lilia Muradimova and Niyaz Zakirov.
The Ministry of justice of Tatarstan closely cooperates with municipalities. For example, the department headed by Albert Rinatovich, consisting of four specialists, provides advisory, legal, organizational and methodological assistance to local governments on the application of legislation on local government.
In 2025, 85 training events were held for municipal employees, including seminars, video receptions and field consultations. Also, 224 methodological materials were sent to the municipalities of the republic, contributing to improving the efficiency of local authorities.
In its work, the department closely cooperates with the staff of the Higher school, together with which quarterly internships in the field of «Anti-Corruption expertise. Development of draft regulatory legal acts» are organized on the basis of the Ministry. Over the past five years, 52 civil servants and 98 municipal employees have completed the internship.
In addition, they participated in the development and implementation of five professional development programs organized by the Higher school, which trained over 600 municipal employees, including deputy heads of executive committees and heads of rural settlements.
The systematic work of the department not only helps to improve the professional competencies of municipal employees, but also has a deeper effect — it directly affects the quality of municipal rulemaking, ensures the stability of the legal framework of municipalities, minimizes corruption risks and effectively implements the legitimate interests of Tatarstan residents.
