The Ministry of Justice has reviewed the implementation of delegated powers and state program measures in the Sarmanovsky District
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan organized an on-site event at the local self-government bodies of the Sarmanovsky Municipal District.
During the event, the exercise by the district's local self-government bodies of state powers related to collecting information from settlements necessary for maintaining the municipal register was reviewed.
In 2025 and the first eight months of 2026, more than 1200 regulatory legal acts, along with 34 supplementary records, were submitted from the Sarmanovsky District for inclusion in the register.
During the event, legal assistance was provided to the district’s HR department staff on matters related to the implementation of measures under the State Program «Development of the State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and Municipal Service in the Republic of Tatarstan».
Problematic issues were discussed with responsible officials of local self-government bodies, and recommendations were provided to enhance the efficiency of work in exercising delegated powers.
