Study of the Organization of the work of the crime prevention Aznakaevskom and Buinskom municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan

The members of the Working Group of the Government Commission of the Republic of Tatarstan on crime prevention in Aznakayevsky and Buinsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for the study of the Organization of work in the areas of crime prevention.
To address organizational issues, in connection with the forthcoming exit activities in areas at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, a meeting of the members of the Working Group of the Government Commission, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M. Ibatov.
Meeting M. Ibatov announced the matters requiring the special attention when studying the work of crime prevention, in particular: the abuse of alcohol among the population of the Republic of Tatarstan and the prevention of alcoholism, the number of deaths from accidental alcohol poisoning, the proportion of offences committed by persons previously tried, in the overall number of crimes investigated by the law enforcement measures to combat terrorism and extremism.
In addition, the Deputy Head of the Department on interaction with the executive bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan and bodies of local self-government, the protection of public order Management and interaction with the executive bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan and bodies of local self-government of the Republic of Tatarstan on O. Khasanov, who drew the attention of the Working Group on a number of areas of work.
In the course of on-site verification Working Group members reviewed the State of organization of the local self-government bodies the above areas to implement the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 16.10.2013 No. 764 "on approval of the State program" to ensure public order and combating crime in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2020 years "; reviewed the activities of prevention in areas approved by the job posted on the Ministry's website in the section "Working Group of the Government Commission of the Republic of Tatarstan for prevention of offences".
Based on the results of the study of the Organization of the work of the crime prevention in both regions discussed the outcome of the inspections, which are solutions to shortcomings in the work of prevention.
