The Expert Council meeting of the Interagency Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs

January 27, 2014 year in Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was the Expert Council meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Coordination Committee on Legal Affairs, which conducted the first Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan S. Stolyarov.
The meeting reviewed the 5 bills:
1. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to ecological code of the Republic of Tatarstan (developer-Ministry of ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan)-withdrawn by the developer;
2. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amending article 12 of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on provision of free legal assistance to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan (Developer: Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan)-withdrawn in connection with the development of a similar Bill by the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on law and order;
3. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on regulation of specific issues in the field of public health protection in the Republic of Tatarstan (developer-Ministry of health of the Republic of Tatarstan) is sent for revision;
4. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on quotas and reservation of jobs for persons with disabilities and persons in particular need of social protection" (extended) (developed by the Ministry of labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan)-approved;
5. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to articles 11 and 16 of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on rescue services and emergency rescue units of the Republic of Tatarstan" (extended) (developer-Ministry for civil defense and emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan "-approved.
Approved by the expert Board of the draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on quotas and reservation of jobs for persons with disabilities and persons in particular need of social protection" and "on amendments to articles 11 and 16 of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan" on rescue services and emergency rescue units of the Republic of Tatarstan "will be introduced by the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs.
