The analysis of authorized officials

In response to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan from 30.07.2010 № 60 “On empowerment local authorities of the municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan of public power to determine the list of officials who responsible to make administrative offence protocols” the Ministry produced an analysis of activity of officers authorized to make protocols on administrative violations for the II quarter of 2014. The analysis was based on information submitted by local authorities.

In the II quarter of 2014 authorized officials made 5983 protocols on administrative offences. The main part of the protocols on administrative offences made by officials of the local government of the city of Kazan - 3140 protocols.

All indicators can be viewed in governmental open information system “Open Tatarstan” in the section “Law statistics” - main indicators of the administrative commissions of municipalities and municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

July 8, 2014 at the session of the State Council deputies accepted the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Amendments to the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on administrative offenses", under which the local government settlements are entitled to make protocols of administrative offenses.
