Results of meeting of evaluation committees

On 15th -16th of April, in 2015 in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held meetings of evaluation committees of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and the magistrates’ office of the Republic of Tatarstan for compliance displaced post of civil service.
Certification of civil servants aimed at identifying qualitative state workers, personal and professional potential, readiness and level of ability of workers to perform functional duties. In practical terms, the main purpose of certification is to determine whether a particular person suits to his position.
By certification were allowed 5 civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Ministry of justice’s office of the Republic of Tatarstan and 7 civil servants of the magistrates’ office of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the results of voting, the commission's decision of certified correspond to 11 substitutable positions of the civil service.
1 civil servant of magistrates’ office of the Republic of Tatarstan suits to displaced post of civil service according to successful completion of professional training or professional development.
As independent experts in the commissions took part a veteran of the civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P.Ganchurin, a member of the council of Tatarstan regional branch of the Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" M.H.Vafin and the chairman of the Public council under the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, professor of the department of constitutional court and administrative law of Kazan (Volga) federal university A.G.Gataullin.
