The visit of the delegation of the Agency for justice and magistrates of Permsky region

On 3rd of July 2015 the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan delegation visited the Agency for justice and magistrates of Permsky region headed by Ya.V.Dorofeeva.
Guests had a tour of the building of the ministry.
During the visit, there was held a roundtable discussion in which participants shared experience on issues of activity of judges’ office and legal aid to the population.
Members of the delegation were interested in the established practice in the ministry in matters of the number of magistrates’ office, conducting inspections on the organization of the judicial office work in the magistrates’ office, reallocation of cases in the care of the magistrate’s retirement, training administrative staff of magistrates’ offices.
Interest of guests raised questions choice of model of free legal aid in the Republic of Tatarstan, the formation of wages fund who are members of the state legal aid system, and particularly the creation of the state law office, as an institution of free legal aid.
Discussing issues of assessment of activity of the ministry the colleagues were informed about quarterly indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the executive bodies of the government of the Republic of Tatarstan, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 28.01.2014 № 44.
At the end of the meeting an agreement was signed on cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Agency for Justice and Justices of the Peace Perm Territory on providing citizens with free legal aid, legal information and legal education of the population, as well as the organizational, logistical and financial support of the world Judges in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Perm region.
