The event was held in IT-park in the meeting of the international institute of Ombudsmen of the Asian region, where was presented the experience of the implementation of e-services for the population in the country, including the work with citizens, access to information, the operational activities of public authorities and also facilitate communication between population and government.

Asian Ombudsman Association was founded on 16t of April, 1996 as a non-governmental, independent, professional forum for the Ombudsmen of Asia. The idea of ​​establishing the Association of Asian Ombudsmen was affected in 1995 by the Council of Directors of the International Ombudsman Institute, where it was suggested that Asia needs to create a regional body to promote the principles and practices of Ombudsmen.
