The meeting of the Expert council

On 17th of August, 2016 at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a meeting of the Expert council of the Interagency coordinating committee on legal affairs. Meeting was chaired by first deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin.

The following bills were approved at the meeting of the Expert council:

"On establishing for 2017 the subsistence minimum for pensioners in the Republic of Tatarstan to determine the size of the federal social surcharge to pension";

"On the food security of the Republic of Tatarstan";

"On amendments to articles 12 and 13 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On the provision of free legal assistance to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan ";

"On approval of standards for financial provision of state guarantees the rights to receive public and free pre-school education in municipal pre-school educational institutions in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2017";

"On approval of standards for financial provision of state guarantees the rights to receive public and free pre-school, primary general, basic general, secondary education, and also additional education in educational institutions, professional education institutions and children's republican clinical hospital of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2017";

"On approval of the conclusion of the agreement on the implementation of the Project" Promotion of the level of financial literacy and financial education in the Russian Federation. "
