Study of the organization of activity of court areas

From 18th to 19th of August 2016 by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the Court department of the Republic of Tatarstan studied the organization of activity judicial areas № 1 and № 2 on Mamadyshsky court region of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the work were studied the main indicators of judicial districts for 2015: the organization of the judicial and archival records management, quality and timeliness of the execution of court decisions, protocols and outbound service documentation.

Particular attention is paid to ensuring the necessary conditions for the smooth implementation of the constitutional right of citizens to seek judicial protection, the organization of reception of citizens, rules of conduct court staff and work rules.

In order to improve further the efficiency of the activity to employees of the magistrates’ court on Mamadyshky court region of the Republic of Tatarstan have been given the necessary recommendations.
