Training seminar for municipal servants

On 24th of August, 2016 under the leadership of the deputy minister of Jjustice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin was held training seminar in the mode of videoconference for local government employees on the theme “Norm-setting activity of bodies of local self-government."

The seminar was organized for the staff of local authorities responsible for the drafting of projects of municipal regulations and for the direction of municipal normative legal acts of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan for inclusion in the register.

At the seminar took part the attorney department on supervision of legality of normative legal acts of the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan A.A.Yarullin, head of the department for normative legal acts of the Russian Federation and conducting the federal register, maintaining the register of municipalities, registration and keeping the register of the charters of municipal formations of the ministry of justice of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Rahimov, deputy head of regulatory and legal work in the field of local government and management of the municipal register of the ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan V.I.Shakirov.

The seminar addressed questions of the prosecutor's supervision over the law-making activities of local governments and the legality of legal acts to ensure compliance with the law municipal charters, legal and technical design of municipal normative legal acts.
