Results of the meeting of the evaluation commission

On 6th of September, 2016 at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a meeting of the evaluation commission for the certification of 11 state civil servants of the ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Attestation of civil servants aimed at identifying professional capacity, readiness and ability levels of the state civil servant to perform functional duties. In practical terms, the main purpose of certification is to determine whether the employee meets the post.

According to the results of certification the evaluation comission decided that 11 civil servants correspond substitutable positions.

As an independent expert at the commission meeting took part a veteran of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P.Ganchurin, chairman of the Public council by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, professor of constitutional and administrative law of Kazan (Volga) Federal University A.G.Gataullin, associate professor law of the Institute of economics, management and social technologies of Kazan national research technical University named by Tupolev - KAI V.A.Gurevich, a member of the Office of the Tatarstan regional branch of All-Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" M.H.Vafin.
