The meeting of the organization of collecting administrative commissions

On 7th of September, 2016 by the leadership of deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov was held a meeting on collecting fines imposed by the administrative commission of Kazan.

At the meeting took part representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal bailiff service of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office for the organization of the administrative commissions of the Executive committee of Kazan.

There were discussed questions to institute enforcement proceedings for a decision to impose administrative penalties, the reasons for their poor performance, and also proposals of the Head of the organization of the administrative commissions of the Executive committee of Kazan G.H.Gismatullina to consider the possibility of creating an electronic interaction between the administrative commission of Kazan and departments of bailiffs of Kazan.
