Passing standards of RLD

On 24th of September, 2016 at the stadium "Burevestnik" was held performance of the sandards of challenges (tests) of All-Russian sports complex "Ready for labor and defense" by employees of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Before starting the test the participants were welcomed by the minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Yu.Gluhova wishing strength and confidence.

Participants made the following regulations: pulling hang on high crossbar, bending forward from a standing position with straight legs on a gymnastic bench, long jump from their seats, flexion and extension arms in emphasis lying, pulling out of hang lying on the lowest crossbar, throwing sports equipment, snatch weights, lifting the torso of the supine position, running the 100 meters, running at 2 and 3 km, swimming. Evaluation of the implementation of standards of the complex RLD made a qualified team of judges of the Volga state academy of physical culture, sports and tourism, headed by Valery Borisovich Pokaninov.
