At the meeting of the Expert council

On 28th of September, 2016 at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a meeting of the Expert council of the Interagency coordinating committee on legal affairs. Meeting was chaired by first deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin.

At the meeting of the Expert council were approved the following projects:

project of law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the basis of the system of crime prevention in the Republic of Tatarstan";

project of law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to articles 26 and 27 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan ";

a draft federal law "On amendments to article 44 of the Federal law" On communications "and the Code of the Russian Federation on administrative offences";

a draft federal law "On amendments to theCode of the Russian Federation on administrative offences."
