Performance on the courses of raising the level of skills

On 7th of October, 2016 the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Yu.Gluhova made a speech in the High school of state and municipal administration of the Kazan federal university (HSSMA KFU) in front of the students of the course of raising the level of skills for municipal employees of the Republic of Tatarstan with a lecture on good practices for rising the effectiveness of activity of the office of management (in Republic of Singapore example).

The Minister told the audience how rising the effectiveness of activity of the office of management enabled in a historically short period of time to achieve that small island nation with a multilingual population, which has no natural resources, not only fell in line with the developed powers, but surpasses many of them on a number of important economic indicators.

The course on programm "Fundamentals of municipal service" took place from 3th to 7th of October 2016 by the action of the state program "Development of state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2016".

At the end of L.U.Glukhova together with the secretary of the Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan A..M.Baryshev and director HSSMA KFU I.A.Privalov awarded certificates of completion of courses.
