The meeting of the Coordinating council by the Head department of the Ministry of Justice of Russia in Nizhegorodsky region
On 18th of October, 2016 in the mode of video conferencing (using technical means of territorial bodies of the FSEP of Russia), chaired by the cheaf of Head department Elena Svyatkina, with the participation of representatives of the central office of the Ministry of Justice of Russia, member of the Coordination council, and also the heads of territorial bodies subordinated to the federal services and federal government agencies of the Ministry of Justice of Russia, representatives of the judiciary, public authorities and local government, the presidents of lawyer and notary chambers, the scientific community, was held a meeting of the Coordinating council of the Head department of the Ministry of Justice of Russia on the Nizhegorodsky region (next - the Council).

At the Council viewed questions:
1. "Topical questions of implementation in subjects ofthe Russian Federation within the limits of the Privolzhsky federal district, the Federal Law from 21.11.2011 № 324-FL" On free legal aid in the Russian Federation. "
2. "Topical questions of the territorial bodies of the FSHB of Russia operating in the Privolzhsky federal district, tracing of debtors, their property, and also the search for the children."
3. "About the plan of work of the Coordinating council of the Head department of the Ministry of justice of Russia on Nizhegorodsky region for 2017".
During the Council meeting, presentations were made by representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Russia, the Head department of the Ministry of Justice of Russia in Nizheorodsky region, the Federal chamber of lawyers of the Russian Federation, and also representatives of subjects of the Russian Federation, a part of the Privolzhsky federal district.
At the end of the Council meeting developed a common position on discussed questions. All who wish expressed their views and made suggestions.
