Results of the meeting of the Certifying commission

Results of the meeting of the On 26th of October, 2016 at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a meeting of the certifying commission of magistrates'offices of the Republic of Tatarstan for the qualifying examination

4 state servants and certification of 11 state servants of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Certifying Commission decided that 3 state servants passed the qualification examination and were recommended to assign class ranks them according to the displaced post, 1 civil servant - did not passed the qualifying examination.

In contrast to the qualifying examination, which assessed the knowledge, skills and abilities (professional level) certification of civil servants aimed at identifying professional capacity, readiness and ability levels of the state civil servant to perform functional duties. In practical terms, the main purpose of certification is to determine whether the employee corresponds to the post.

Based on the voting decision of the commission 10 of certified considered appropriate to displaced post of state service, 1 certifies - appropriate to displaced post of state service subject to successful completion of additional professional training.

As an independent expert at the commission meeting took part a veteran of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P.Ganchurin, a member of the Office of the Tatarstan regional branch of All-Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" M.H.Vafin.
