The visit of the representatives of British law companies
On 1st of November at the STRC "Korston" in the framework of the visit the delegation of British companies in the Republic of Tatarstan wa sheld a seminar, where took part officials of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
From the British representatives at the seminar took part Nikolajs Kutnaks - Senior lawyer of the company Debevoise & Plimpton, Anthony Brown - Managing partner of the company Bivonas Law, Rupert D`Kruz - Honorarysecretary of the British-Russian law association.
At rhe seminar discussed the following questions: "The key recent decisions of the English courts relevant to commercial transactions", "Arbitration and litigation - advantages and disadvantages", "Recent changes in Russia in the field of arbitration legislation", "Temporary remedies in the English court support for arbitration and litigatsii "," Recent trends in the implementation of international decisions and arbitral awards in Russia.
