Participation in the round table on the questions of mediation

On 21st of November, 2016 first deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin took part in the round table on the topic "The role of mediation procedures in reducing conflicts and improving the legal culture in society", which was held by the Committee of the Council of Federation on constitutional legislation and state building committee in Moscow city.

The participants discussed the main problems of implementation of the Russian legal practice of mediation, considered the main incentives for the development of this procedure as an alternative of judicial forms of conflict resolution.

During the discussion, it was noted the special role of the judiciary and the legal community at the current stage of implementation and practical application of mediation in the resolution of legal disputes.

As a result of the meeting adopted recommendations aimed at - increasing development of mediation as an alternative of judicial forms of conflict resolution.
