Results of the meeting of the evaluation commission

On 7th of December, 2016 at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstanwas held a meeting of the evaluation commission for the certification of 12 civil servants of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Attestation of state civil servants aimed at identifying professional capacity, readiness and ability levels of the state civil servant to perform functional duties. In practical terms, the main purpose of certification is to determine whether the employee corresponds to the post.

According to the results of certification evaluation commission decided that 9 state servants 9 correspond to substitutable positions, 3 civil servants correspond to displaced post of state civil service and are recommended for inclusion in the personnel reserve to fill the vacant post of state civil service in theorder of official growth.

As an independent expert at the commission meeting took part a member of the Office of the Tatarstan regional branch of All-Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" M.H.Vafin, a veteran of state civil service V.P.Ganchurin, chairman of the Public council by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, professor o the department of constitutional and administrative law of Kazan (Volga) federal university A.G.Gataullin, associateprofessor of law, of the Institute of economics, management and social technologies of Kazan national research technical university named byTupolev - KAI V.A.Gurevich.
