Participation in celebrating of Sabantuy in Ulyanovsk region
On 1st of July 2017 deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Ibyatov took part in the traditional celebration of the national holiday Sabantuy in the Staraya Kulatka village of Starokulatkinsky district of the Ulyanovsk region.
