Today, at the twenty-second session of the State Council of Tatarstan, Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin presented to the deputies a bill on amending the republican law on local self-government.

Since July 20, a Decree of the President of the Russian Federation has come into force in Russia, granting teachers the right to free legal assistance. This new measure is designed to protect educators when resolving work-related issues.

Today, on the 283rd anniversary of the birth of our great compatriot, statesman, and poet Gavriil Romanovich Derzhavin, a flower-laying ceremony was held at his monument in Lyadsky Garden in Kazan.
