Today, The First Deputy Minister of Justice S.N.Stolarov, at the collegium meeting in the assembly hall of the Ministry , made a report “On the legislation procedure of the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan”. On the discussed issues were made the reports by Head of the draft legislation work department of the Ministry A.R.Karimova and by Head of the Legal Department of the Cabinet of the RT, the collegiums member R.F.Gafiyatullin.

February 5, in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a meeting of the working group No.12, under the leadership of the deputy of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation M.M.Galimardanov, concerning attraction of funds on disposal of Federal special purpose programs in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan declares competition on replacement of vacant post of the state civil court secretary of the staff of the justice of the peace of a judicial district No. 6 of the Nizhnekamsk region and Nizhnekamsk RT, court secretary of the staff of the justice of the peace of a judicial district No.1 of Aviastroitelny district of Kazan, court secretary of the staff of the justice of the peace of a judicial district No.6 of Vakhitovsky district of Kazan, legal adviser consultant of the staff of the justice of the peace of a judicial district No. 10 of Sovetsky district of Kazan, the 2 category senior specialist - the manager of office of the staff of the justice of the peace of a judicial district No.1 of Privolzhsky district of Kazan and the 2 category specialist - the manager of office of the staff of the justice of the peace of a judicial district No.1 Tetyushsky region of RT.

January 31, 2013 at the session of the State Council parliamentarians considered draft federal law “On Amendments to Article 14.43 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Violations”, developed in order to strengthen the administrative responsibility for selling of substandard engine fuel products (motor petrol, diesel fuel).

Due to the expiration of the term of powers of public representatives in Qualification collegium of Judges of the Republic of Tatarstan on January 31, 2013 at session of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Minister of Justice M.M.Kurmanov presented seven representatives of the public in Qualification collegium of Judges of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Yesterday, on January 31, 2013, at a session of the State Council, was adopted the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" on allotment of local government municipality of Kazan, Tatarstan state powers to determine the list of officers authorized to draw up reports on administrative violations. The draft law was presented by Minister of Justice M.M.Kurmanov.

The regional round of the All-Russian pupil’s Law Olympiad (republican olympiad ) was held January 30-31, 2013 in Kazan, and was attended by 166, 9-11 form pupils from all municipal regions and republican town districts.

On January 29, 2013 was held the opening of training courses for state and municipal employees of the Republic of Tatarstan on the program "Public policies to combat corruption. Anti-corruption expertise of legal acts". The opening ceremony was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan S.N.Stolyarov and the training program addressed the audience with a lecture "on the main activities and competence of the federal authorities and the authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan on the fight against corruption."

On January 29, 2013 in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a meeting qualification (certification) of the Commission of the Ministry, in which was participated the first Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman qualification (certification) of the Commission of the Ministry of Justice S.N.Stolyarov.

Today, on January 29, 2013, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Kurmanov held a videoconference to citizens of Kukmor municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the reception were given counseling to six citizens, including the Tatar language, on the provisions of the current legislation of Russia and Tatarstan.
